Hobgoblin’s Terms & Conditions

  • This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (but excluding residents of Northern Ireland) aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, its agents and anyone professionally involved with the promotion.
  • There are 280 instant win prizes available.
  • To enter the prize draw, go online to http://www.wychwood.co.uk/Music/ and complete the online entry form (entrants will be required to sign-up for a Wychwood website account or log-in to existing accounts to be able to enter online).
  • Only one entry per person, per email address and per postal address per day. No bulk or third party entries accepted. A notification popup shows if you have won or not.
  • Entrants can potentially win one prize per day on the instant win prize allocation.
  • Instant win prize winners are generated at random time-posts throughout each day, on every day that the promotion is live. The first entry received after each of these randomly generated time posts will win a prize. All winners of the instant win prizes will be notified at the point of entry. Prizes are generated at random until the prize allocation for that day has been spent. In the event that not all instant win prizes are allocated, the prize fund will roll over into the next promotional day.
  • If any prize winner does not contact and supply the promoter with accurate details of their postal address within 28 days of being notified of winning a prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw their winning entry.
  • The promotion commences at01 on 1st May 2018 and closes at 23.59 hours on 31st December 2018. Entries received after this time cannot win and may still incur entry costs.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any web entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to IT issues or for any other reason beyond the Promoter’s control.
  • All prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • For the purpose of calculating an accurate Date of Birth from any entries the standard UK format shall be employed.
  • No alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoters control, in this instance the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prize will only be available to the winners in person.
  • The winners names and counties can be obtained by sending a SAE to Hobgoblin TuneInToWin2018 at the Promoters address set out below. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoters decision is final.
  • All winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further recompense.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. The Promoter’s decision is final in all matters relating to the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • This is an online Competition only and internet access is required.
